If Standard Shipping is selected, your order may ship via a variety of carriers. Some UPS orders may be delivered by the Postal Service. Your Shipping Confirmation email will provide you with a tracking link.
If the address given was incorrect and returned, the customer will be responsible for providing CUF with the correct address. CUF is not responsible for the additional shipping costs. If for any reason, the package is refused, all expenses incurred by CUF (formerly The Boutique by CCPCL) including but not limited to reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer. All shipments will be sent with tracking numbers via UPS or USPS. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed as in transit, it is not the responsibility of CUF. All products will be shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise stated in product description).
