It Takes a Legend to Improve a Legend
Did you know there is an industry standard for eyelash curlers? It’s true. There is an eyelash curler that is iconic among makeup artists. It’s award winning brand that bares the name of the Japanese native and industry legend who created it.
It’s claim to fame is the construction and shape. It truly curls your lashes not crimps them. The light colored pad, helps you to physically see when all your lashes are in the curler, and the shape is perfect for deep set eyes. No pulling, no weird lash bending.

LimeLife by Alcone’s new On the Rise Eyelash Curler… wonder where it’s made?
So you can imagine my surprise when LimeLife unveiled a new eyelash curler. LimeLife by Alcone was created by another company who is legendary in it’s own right among makeup artists, Alcone. I know Alcone is 100% aware of the industry favorite. So I wonder... “What do they know, what did they discover that would make them take on the fave?” Well guess what! Now I know... guess where LimeLife’s eyelash curler is made? In the same factory and the industry fave and pro standard!
What does that mean? Usually when items are made in the same factory, they are the same product that could be sold by multiple names; or a variation of the same product with upgrades or special changes. In this case, the only complaints received about the Shu Uerma curler is that:
Sometimes is wasn’t wide enough for the widest eyes.
There are no refill pads
And wouldn’t you know the On The Rise eyelash curler from Alcone has all the benefits I listed above about the Shu Uerma curler but it also is:
1. Wide enough for the widest eyes.
2. Comes with a refill pad and refill pads will be coming permanently to LimeLife shortly.
Aren’t you glad I do the digging to get you the deets?
You’re welcome.
